St Brigid of Kildare is the patroness of our Brigidine Congregation. In the following article from The Tablet 19 March 2022, Margaret Hebblethwaite reflects on her recent pilgrimage to Kildare. She suggests that ‘while Patrick is the saint of the Church, Brigid is the saint of the people’.
