Increasing incidents of racism in Australia is of concern to Catholic Religious Australia. When expressions of racism were brought to a new level during a maiden speech by a senator in the nation’s Parliament in last week, Catholic Religious Australia felt called to speak out and actively reject racism in all its forms.
