Catholic Religious Australia (CRA) representing over 150 congregations of approximately 7000 religious women and men across Australia has released a statement in the lead up to the forthcoming forum – “Building a Strong Pacific: Our Islands, Our People, Our Will”.
This statement calls for the engagement of Australia and the Government in this Forum and its ongoing work .
A significant number of Brigidine Sisters live and minister in New Zealand and Australia and the Brigidine Congregational Common Project is a supporter of Pacific Partnership Calling.
Brigidine Sisters in Australia are proud and active members of CRA and recognize in this statement echoes of the Call and Invitation from 2016 Brigidine Congregational Forum.
