A number of our Sisters are celebrating the anniversary of their profession as Brigidine Sisters at this time of the year. For some its a 60th Jubilee, while others are marking their 50th Jubilee. We offer our congratulations to each and every jubilarian!
Thank you for your many years of generously sharing life and wisdom with us as companions in Community – we are all so much richer for that!
Thank you too for your rich experiences of service with others through your extensive and varied ministries in different places.
As you continue to bring your gifts of life and compassion to all you meet along the way or in the settings in which you continue life-giving involvements, we pray a blessing for you and for your ministries.
We are mindful too that Pope Francis is celebrating 50 years of ordination to the priesthood around this time – having been ordained in Buenos Aires in December 1969 so we include him also in our thoughts and prayer
