Fifth Sunday Ordinary Time, Year C

This week’s Scripture Readings invite us to reflect on three difference experiences of being called – that of the prophet Isaiah, Paul who calls himself ‘the least of the apostles’ and Simon Peter who eventually left everything to follow Jesus.

As Brigidine Sisters preparing for our General Forum in coming weeks, we’re hearing again echoes of the ancient call to: “Choose life now and into the future.”

This week the Scripture invites all to reflect personally on what the continuing call to conversion of mind, heart and spirit asks of each of us.

We reflect too on what invitations God’s call is offering us as a Congregation at this significant time.
