As our Brigidine Sisters and associates living in the United States of America celebrate Thanksgiving Day on Thursday 28 November, we send our thoughts and blessings to them and all with whom they minister.
May this special national day for all US citizens be a time when you gather with family, community and friends to express gratitude for the many good times and gifts of the past year. As you reflect on these blessings may you become aware again of the many ways in which our loving God provides for us all, comforts us in times of hurt or struggle and loves us unconditionally through all our days.
On Thanksgiving Day 2019, may we all grow in gratitude for the multiple gifts and opportunities freely given to us each day.
