“on behalf of those left furthest behind in our world…”

Brigidines support the mission of UNANIMA International as it continues to gain voice at the UN to advocate “on behalf of those left furthest behind in our world.”  (Jean Quinn)

Central  to UNANIMA’s mission is the welfare of women and children, especially those living in extreme poverty.

UNANIMA’s most recent Newsletter  reports on many aspects of its work, including the February launch of ”The Hidden Faces of Homelessness – Global insights and Pathways Forward.”

The Newsletter also includes Jean Quinn’s address at St Brigid’s Day celebrations in Rome!
She highlights the importance of women religious  working at the margins – and their impact in global advocacy.
UNANIMA  now represents 23 Congregations of Women Religious, in 100 countries.
