The June 2019 issue of the ACRATH Newsletter highlights three situations in which ACRATH (Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans) has been able to contribute in recent times to the fight against human trafficking and slavery in Australia and globally.
Without support from our generous donors that would not have been possible.
ACRATH sincerely thanks all its donors including a number of Brigidine Sisters and communities. However, the fight against human trafficking, forced marriage and forced labour is not yet won.
A number of Brigidines are currently involved in the ongoing work of ACRATH in NSW, WA and Victoria and are appreciative also of your support and prayer.
Again this year, we are inviting Brigidine Sisters in Australia, our partners in ministry and our many colleagues and friends to support us in raising $400,000 to continue ACRATH’s work of helping to eliminate human trafficking in all its forms.
