Throughout September, Pope Francis invites all to join him in praying for the protection of the oceans. Let us pray that politicians, scientists and economists will work together to protect the world’s seas and oceans.
May we all be prepared to play our part in caring for Earth’s waterways. Let us ensure that our levels of waste are kept to a minimum and that we are informed and ready to speak out against pollution in all its forms.
During September, the Season of Creation, see if you can make some time to walk or sit by the sea or a river and give thanks for the gifts they bring to all life.
