During the month of October, Pope Francis’ Worldwide Prayer Network invites all to join in praying that consecrated religious women and men “may bestir themselves and be present among the poor, the marginalized and those who have no voice.”
At the time of their last Congregational Forum in 2016, Brigidine Sisters sensed a call:
“To hold in reflection and prayer the sacredness of all creation, the many manifestations of exploitation, injustice and suffering, especially of women and the most vulnerable and to trust Divine Energy at work in and through it all.”
We appreciate the prayer and witness of others who continue to stir us to be present to those most in need or who have no voice.
