Reflection and Prayer to End Human Trafficking

The Sisters of St Joseph of Orange have prepared a Prayer Calendar commencing on January 11 and  leading up to St Josephine Bakhita’s Day on February 8.  (St Josephine is the patron of all trafficked people).

This calendar suggests a focus for prayer and reflection each day. It invites us to prepare for St Josephine Bakhita’s Day by  becoming more aware of particular individuals or groups of people vulnerable to being trafficked or who have experienced such abuse. On some days it suggests we pray for those caring for trafficked people and advocating for their rights to safety and justice.
