Brigidine Sisters give thanks to the Team at Solas Bhride who, throughout 2025, have again welcomed and walked with many pilgrims, from all corners of the world – In the footsteps of St Brigid.
As a gathering haven, respecting and celebrating Earth’s rhythms, Solas Bhride has offered many opportunities for music, dance, stillness, meditation and prayer.
In December, during the Winter Solstice, Solas Bhride will again offer a Celebration of Stillness, Light and Renewal:
“ Winter Solstice invites us to pause, to honour both an ending and a beginning: the death of the old sun and the birth of the new.
In this quiet turning of the year, we gather to reflect, and rekindle hope.”
