The United Nations Climate Summit, COP24, held in Poland from Dec 2 – 14 has come to a close with some concrete agreements for countries to adopt in order to bring the Paris climate deal to life.
The Vatican delegation particularly urged nations to not put off till tomorrow decisions that our planet and her peoples are crying out for today. Mgs Bruno-Marie Duffe, head of the Holy See delegation has been quoted as saying: “We often say that the situation of our planet needs decisions for tomorrow, but tomorrow is today!”
