The Brigidine Congregation has enthusiastically supported UNANIMA International since 2002 – as UNANIMA members have continued to work tirelessly for justice through collaboration, advocacy and education.
The Board of UNANIMA International has recently discerned and affirmed that UI has fulfilled its founding mission – and that now is the right time for the organisation to come to completion.
As UNANIMA Director, Jean Quinn, says in her recent editorial,
“ the impact of an organisation does not end
when its doors close;
rather it is woven into the communities
it has uplifted
and the minds it has inspired.”
The legacy of UNANIMA International is now to be entrusted to the hearts and minds it has inspired for over 20 years.
