On April 22, 2020, people around the world celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day to demonstrate their support for protecting our environment.
As we commemorate Earth Day, as well as the fifth anniversary of the publication of Laudato Si by Pope Francis, let us consider some of the ways in which protecting the environment impacts on the scourge of human trafficking today.
