World leaders and delegates gather on 6th November in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt to begin the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference – COP27. (6 -18 Nov)
COP, (Conference of Partners) is one of the biggest global meetings dedicated to tackling the climate crisis. It brings together governments, civil society, and other stakeholders to discuss climate change and its impacts – as well as ways to address it and accelerate climate action.
In partnership with others, Brigidines are supporting the Pacific Calling Partnership to send Maina Talia and 4 others to advocate for the Pacific Islander Nations at COP 27.
